Specially developed for wall and floor tiles with joint widths up to 20mm. Ideal

externally and internally in both wet and dry conditions, including swimming pools and

power showers. Suitable for most common tile applications including natural stone,

porcelain, conglomerate and ceramic wall and floor tiles.

Storage: Store in unopened original bags at

conditions between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid

frost. This product must be stored clear of

the ground in cool, dry conditions and

protected from excessive drafts. If stored

correctly and used within 6 months of the

date shown on the bag, the activity of the

reducing agent will be maintained and this

product will contain, when mixed with water,

no more than 0.0002% (2ppm) soluble

Chromium (IV) of the total dry weight of the

cement. Note: The use of this product after

the end of the declared storage period may

increase the risk of an allergic reaction.

Shelf Life in Unopened Bags: 6 months in cool, dry conditions above 5°C

and below 25°C.

INFORMATION

Ultra Wide Joint Grout has been developed specifically for tiles with joint widths

up to 20mm. With excellent joint filling properties, Ultra Wide Joint Grout has

been designed to offer exceptional coverage for water sensitive foundations and

highly trafficked areas. Ultra Wide Joint Grout is ideal internally and externally in

both wet and dry conditions, including swimming pools. The product is suitable

for use with most common tile applications including natural stone, porcelain,

conglomerate and ceramic wall and floor tiles.

PRECAUTION

Certain tiles may suffer from discoloration or scratching when using grouts. We

would recommend that a test application be carried out prior to grouting.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the adhesive is completely set and that the tiles are firmly fixed.

Ensure that joints are free from excess adhesive, dust, grease or any other

contaminates.

MIXING

Ultra Wide Joint Grout powder should be added slowly to clean water in a

suitable container in the approximate proportion of 3.5 parts powder to 1 part

water. Mix until a smooth consistency is achieved. Do not mix more than can be

used in a 45-60 minute period, do not re-wet or add too much water. This will

cause a weakening of the grout and a tendency to crumble. In certain cases this

may also lead to discoloration in the form of efflorescence. Mixing ratio: 1kg of

product to 0.21 litres of water.

APPLICATION

Ultra Wide Joint Grout should be applied to the surface using a rubber backed

trowel or squeegee. Work the mixed material thoroughly into the joints, a small

area at a time. Ensure that the joints are completely filled without voids before

continuing. Excess grout should be removed as grouting proceeds. Any residue

left on the face of the tile can be removed by wiping with a damp sponge

when the grout has started to dry (approximately 10-15 min). Any dry film

remaining once the job is complete can be polished off the face of the tiles with

a soft dry cloth.
